you're looking for.
- Are there
any shipping costs when I order a part?
There are no shipping costs when ordering a part even
if the part has to come in from the USA.
- Is there a
deadline for placing an order?
We place orders daily and receive most parts the very next
morning. Our last orders go in at 4:30PM and are ready for
pick-up at 7:30AM.
- Do you have
parts available for older vehicles?
We still stock popular parts for vehicles built in the 80’s
and 90’s as well as a large selection of late model
parts. Our parts system is linked electronically to other
DaimlerChrysler dealers in Canada and we can also access
inventory from 12 different parts depots throughout North
America. If your part is still available, we will find it!
- Is a deposit
required prior to ordering a part?
All we require to process your parts order is your name
and a phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached.
Only special situations involving extremely unique parts
require a deposit.
- What if I
order the wrong part?
No problem. Most parts can be returned or exchanged without
a penalty or service charge. We will make it right!
- Is it possible
to get a part for a product that isn't part of the Chrysler,
Dodge, or Jeep family?
We have a network of automotive connections, which makes
it possible for us to sell parts for almost any vehicle
at competitive prices.
